14. A candidate may sit for only one supplemental examination for each test unless the board of directors decides, after having determined whether the candidate’s deficiencies may be corrected by an additional period of training, that he may sit for the examination again, after completing such period of additional training.
The board of directors shall notify the candidate in writing of its decision with respect to additional training at the same time that it sends him the results of the supplemental examination. The decision is final.
